Job Description
- Manage and lead a team of staffs in ensuring the day-to-day warehouse operations activities are carried out systematically
- Planning, coordinating and monitoring the ordering, receiving, storing and issuing of company inventory items processes
- Responsible for inventory timely updates, cycle counting and accuracy of inventory
- Monitor and review on the stock holding level to ensure turnaround time is adequate for stock efficiency
- Analysis and review on monthly stock report such as stock turnover, stock write off, stock returned and stock adjustment
- Drive and implement continuous improvement processes and plans
- Ensure that security, safety and cleanliness of the warehouse is in compliance with law requirements and strictly adheres to company’s SOP and guidelines
